Terms of Service

The agreement between you and graph for using the Services - plainly stated, and read together with our Privacy Policy.

Welcome to graph (also referred to publicly as “graph by datavruti”), operated by REFLION TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“graph”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of graph, including our websites, applications, AI-powered features, public profiles, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

Acceptance of These Terms

1.1 Legal Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REFLION TECH PRIVATE LIMITED governing your use of graph.

1.2 Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by:

  • these Terms of Service; and
  • the graph Privacy Policy.

1.3 If You Do Not Agree

If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.

1.4 Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice as required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old, or the minimum age required under applicable law, whichever is higher.

2.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

You must not impersonate another person or create an account using false or misleading information.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of your login credentials;
  • keeping your account information reasonably accurate; and
  • activity occurring through your account until you notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

2.4 Usernames and Public Profile Addresses

Where graph allows you to choose or claim a username, that username may be used to create a public profile address, such as:

mygraph.id/<username>

Usernames and public profile addresses are subject to availability and may not:

  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • infringe another person's rights;
  • be misleading, abusive, or unlawful; or
  • otherwise violate these Terms.

We may reclaim, modify, suspend, or remove usernames or public profile addresses where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with applicable law, or protect the integrity of the Services.

2.5 Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms;
  • impersonate another person;
  • contain materially false or misleading information;
  • threaten the security or integrity of the Services; or
  • are used unlawfully or abusively.

2.6 Availability

Creating an account does not guarantee continued access to the Services or to any particular feature.

We may introduce, modify, restrict, or discontinue features or availability from time to time.

The Services

graph provides tools designed to help you better capture, understand, and communicate your professional work and experience.

Depending on the features available to you, the Services may help you:

  • add missing context and evidence to your resume;
  • identify and articulate the impact of your work and experience;
  • organize and track your professional progress;
  • prepare talking points and other materials for interviews;
  • generate professional updates and summaries based on your work, including standups, progress updates, performance-review summaries, LinkedIn posts, and similar outputs;
  • connect supported professional platforms, such as GitHub or Kaggle, to provide evidence supporting professional claims or experience; and
  • create and maintain a professional profile that you may choose to make publicly accessible.

Public profiles may be available through an address such as:

mygraph.id/<username>

You control the information you choose to make publicly available through the visibility settings and features provided by graph.

Features may change as graph evolves.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any particular feature will always be available.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use graph only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

You must not:

  • knowingly submit false or misleading information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • infringe another person's rights;
  • upload or provide information that you do not have permission to use;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
  • use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated systems;
  • misuse AI features for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract graph's proprietary technology except where permitted by applicable law; or
  • use the Services in a manner that unreasonably interferes with other users or the operation of the Services.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating access, or reporting unlawful activity where appropriate.

Your Content & Public Profile

5.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of the content and information you provide to graph (“Your Content”).

Your Content may include, for example:

  • resumes;
  • descriptions of your work and experience;
  • achievements and evidence of impact;
  • professional updates;
  • documents and other materials you upload;
  • information imported from supported services that you authorize graph to access; and
  • information you choose to display on your public profile.

5.2 License to graph

You grant graph a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, display, and transmit Your Content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and operate the Services;
  • generate the outputs and features you request;
  • create and display your public profile where you choose to make information public;
  • maintain and secure the Services;
  • comply with applicable law; and
  • otherwise perform our obligations to you.

This license does not transfer ownership of Your Content to graph.

5.3 AI Processing

You authorize graph to process Your Content using AI-powered systems where necessary to provide the AI features you choose to use.

AI processing is subject to the Privacy Policy.

5.4 Your Responsibilities

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide or upload Your Content to graph.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

5.5 Generated Outputs

graph may generate resumes, summaries, updates, posts, interview materials, and other outputs based on Your Content and the instructions you provide (“Generated Outputs”).

Subject to applicable law and the rights of any third parties, you may use Generated Outputs created specifically for you for personal and commercial purposes.

graph does not claim ownership of Generated Outputs created specifically for you.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any Generated Output before sharing, publishing, submitting, or otherwise relying on it.

5.6 Supporting Evidence and Trust Signals

graph may allow you to connect or display information from supported third-party platforms, such as GitHub or Kaggle, as evidence supporting your professional work, skills, achievements, or claims.

Such information, links, connections, or indicators are provided for informational purposes.

They are not a certification, guarantee, endorsement, warranty, or independent verification by graph of:

  • your identity;
  • your employment or organizational relationships;
  • ownership of work;
  • the accuracy of every professional claim; or
  • any other fact or representation associated with you.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information and claims you choose to present.

5.7 Public Content

If you choose to make information available through a public graph profile or otherwise make content publicly accessible through the Services, you understand that such information may be viewed by anyone who can access the relevant public page.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you choose to make public.

Once information has been publicly accessed, copied, cached, indexed, or shared by others, graph may not be able to control or remove copies held by third parties.

5.8 Removal and Visibility Changes

You may delete Your Content or change the visibility of information through the features provided by graph, subject to the data retention and deletion practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to visibility or deletion may not immediately remove information from third-party search engines, caches, archives, or copies created by others.

5.9 Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about graph, we may use that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

graph's Intellectual Property

graph and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the software, source code, algorithms, AI systems, prompts, user interfaces, branding, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms, graph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

You may refer to or discuss graph, graph by datavruti, or datavruti in a truthful and non-misleading manner.

You may not use our names, logos, or branding in a manner that implies endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of graph's intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.

graph uses AI-powered systems to generate and assist with content.

AI-generated information or outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on, publishing, submitting, or sharing it.

graph does not guarantee any particular professional, personal, financial, or other outcome from using the Services.

For example, using graph does not guarantee that your resume will be successful, that you will perform better in an interview, receive a promotion, or achieve any other particular result.

The Services do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party services;
  • external websites;
  • content provided by third parties; or
  • interruptions or issues caused by services outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • graph will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
  • graph will not be liable for loss of profits, business, goodwill, opportunities, business interruption, or loss of data, except where required by law; and
  • graph's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to graph during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or, if you have made no payment, USD $100 or the equivalent in local currency.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information or outputs generated through the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless graph, REFLION TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your unlawful use of the Services;
  • infringement of another person's rights;
  • Your Content; or
  • your misuse of the Services.

We may assume the exclusive defense of matters subject to indemnification.

This obligation does not apply where a claim arises solely from our own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Services or terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary to:

  • enforce these Terms;
  • protect users or the Services;
  • investigate suspected misuse;
  • respond to security incidents; or
  • comply with applicable law.

Upon termination:

  • your right to use the Services ends; and
  • Your Personal Data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Provisions relating to ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Nothing prevents graph from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, security, or legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and graph regarding the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

You agree that we may provide notices electronically.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
